Unfortunately, they are unable to edit your order items once it's been placed. If you have ordered the wrong thing, provided it hasn't yet been shipped, they can cancel your order and refund you so you can order again. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from them with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with them about the whereabouts of your order, please email help@glasshousefragrances.com.au.
Standard shipping is $9.95, or free for orders over $75. Please note due to the high alcohol volume, orders containing a Fragrance Diffuser or Hand Sanitiser are considered a Dangerous Good and not eligible for free shipping. Any order containing either of these items will be sent via a courier and a $9.95 surcharge will apply.
Express shipping is $14.95.
Please note orders containing a Fragrance Diffuser, Hand Sanitiser or Eau de Parfum are not eligible for express shipping.
They accept returns within 30 days of despatch, provided products are unused and in a resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. They recommend using a registered service for returns.
