How long will it take to deliver my order?
All products are shipped from Australia. Delivery lead times will vary depending on which country they are being delivered to. Most orders will be delivered within 2- 10 working days. All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and international orders are via AusPost International. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
When will my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 1 p.m. AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 1 p.m., on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, will be dispatched the following day.
What is Lapoche's return policy?
They offer 30-day returns. Email them at hello@lapoche.com to let them know you will be returning your item, and so long as it arrives back in its original packaging and exactly the same condition as it was when they shipped it to you, they will offer a full refund. Please note, the return postage will be at your expense. Please also ensure you receive a tracking number for your return parcel so that it can be traced. If they do not receive it, they cannot refund it.
What if I am not happy with the quality of the products?
They are passionate about delivering their customers high-quality products and offer a two-year warranty on all items. If any product does not meet your expectations or is faulty in some way, please contact them immediately at hello@lapoche.com. A replacement item will be issued and all postage fees covered by them. If you would prefer, they will promptly refund your purchase price.
