Laurastar will endeavor to process all orders within 5-7 business days. Shipping times will vary by location. A tracking email will be sent once your order has been processed, note they use Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must notify them in writing within 28 days for them to review & respond. Please email support@laurastar.com.au within 28 days so that they can resolve any problems. Please give them the opportunity to rectify any issues you may be experiencing in the first instance. (often it's a simple fix) Note if the appliance purchased clearly does not work for you and they can see this in a video they will arrange a refund.
