How do I track my order?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from their courier partner FedEx containing your package’s tracking information.

If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be sent out during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

To track your package, simply enter your tracking number on FedEx´s official website.

I haven’t received my order yet – what do I do?

Within 1-2 working days after placing a successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number from their courier. If you have not received your Australia Post Tracking Number, please contact them and they will look into this for you immediately.

If you haven’t received your order and you have a tracking number, they urge you to contact Australia Post in the first instance. Australia Post will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from their partner courier, Australia Post.

Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and public holidays and may vary due to external factors outside of Dreame's and our courier’s control.

While they always strive to have their orders delivered on time, they acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Dreame's and courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and they ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

I have received the wrong/broken product – what do I do?

If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please contact them immediately and provide them with the following:

If the product is damaged, please contact their customer service by sending an email to customercare@dreame.com.au within 48 hours after receiving the product, and their customer service will reply your email within 24hrs.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is submitted, they are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. In this situation, they suggest you contact them and cancel the incorrect order.

Thereafter, they recommend you place a new order for your desired item(s) on their website at your own convenience.

How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact them. Once the cancellation request has been done, they will notify you via email.

If they are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, they will contact their courier to have the package returned to their warehouse.

Within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, they will process it, issue a full refund to your account if it was prepaid, and notify you via email.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Dreame does not offer replacements or refunds if you simply have a change of mind, unless Dreame chooses to do so, at its sole discretion. If Dreame accepts a refund request, a 10% restocking fee on the paid amount will be charged.

Furthermore, all items returned for refund or exchange are at the buyer's expense and must be posted back through Australia Post with a tracking number.

It is important to note that Consumer Guarantees do not apply if you simply change your mind, find the item cheaper elsewhere, decide you did not like the purchase or have no use for it. Please reach out to their friendly customer service team for any inquiries or questions about their products that you may have. To be eligible for any change of mind requests, the minimum requirements must be met: The request is made within 30 days of purchase;
