If you selected your travel dates during the booking process, youβll receive an email confirmation with your travel dates. There is nothing more for you to do (although you are welcome to take a printed copy of your confirmation when you check-in). If you selected the βbuy now, choose dates laterβ option, you can select your travel dates at any time within the booking window by selecting the package bought in the βmy escapesβ section of the Luxury Escapes site.
Dates are subject to availability and allocations are limited, so please select your dates as soon as possible after purchase. Simply head to My Escapes to view available dates on the booking calendar. If there are no dates available, please contact Customer Support who can enquire about additional dates directly with the hotel, (this will not be guaranteed).
Where can I view details and inclusions of the package Iβve purchased?
You can see all of your inclusions by going to the βMy Escapesβ page, selecting βView Detailsβ on your package and then selecting βView Offer Detailsβ. This will then transfer you to the offer page itself.
What do I need to show when checking in at the hotel?
The hotel may ask for photo identification of the guest(s) the reservation is under. Luxury Escapes also recommend keeping a digital copy of your booking confirmation on your email or phone. Although this is simply a backup, the hotel/resort should already have this information.
Can I make a booking if the package Iβve purchased has expired?
Redemption is not permitted after the validity period has ended. If you are yet to book dates and the βbook byβ and βtravel toβ dates have passed, please contact their support team.
Iβve purchased a βbuy now, choose dates laterβ package and Iβm ready to pick my dates β how do I do this?
Customers with 'Buy now, choose dates later' packages need to follow the following steps: Go to My Escapes, View Details, then Book dates now. Simply select the number of travellers and then View available dates on the booking calendar (inc. surcharges that may apply across peak period dates).
Can I book flights only?
Yes, you can, simply call one of the flights' team agents for assistance. The phone number can be found on the Luxury Escapes website. Web bookings are not available for flights.
