• Macoda only ask that you give the Macoda Mattress 28 nights before making a decision as it can take time for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
• ​Mattresses that are stained or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
• In certain areas where a free collection is not possible, the return of the mattress to a suitable facility becomes the responsibility of the customer, and a refund will not be processed until receival by a third party is confirmed.
• If you require a return within 14 days of receiving the mattress, there is an early collection fee of $100, which will be deducted from your refund.
• The 100 Night Trial is only applicable for your first order and is limited to one mattress return per household.
• Returned mattresses are either donated to local charities or their materials are recycled.

• If you aren't completely satisfied with your Macoda Pillow within the 60 night trial period, Macoda offers a free return and full refund.
• ​Macoda only ask that you give the Macoda Pillow 28 nights before making a decision, as your body can take time to adjust to a new pillow.
