You have 10 days from when you receive your package to reach out for a return. They accept unused, unworn, unwashed items purchased at full price for a refund. If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, they can issue store credit. Once they've received the item, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. They charge $5 for shipping and restocking which will be subtracted from your refund amount.
They don't have a store yet, but they hold regular pop-ups, so keep an eye on their Instagram for the latest info. Their studio is located near Lincoln Heights in Los Angeles, CA and they can arrange a pick-up from there, just let them know.
For exchanges, they ask that you process a return as normal and place a new order for the size or item you'd like.
