How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with Moda Operandi, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting “My Account”, followed by “Orders”.
What is the return policy?
Moda Operandi are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 28 days from the date that the order was delivered to you for full-priced items, or within 14 days from the date that the order was delivered to you for discounted products or products purchased with a promotion.
Items not eligible for return will be noted as such on the product page.
What is Moda Operandi refund policy?
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit to your Moda Operandi account. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note they are only able to refund the original card(s) used to place the order. If you used 2 different cards to purchase a trunk show item, you will be refunded in the original form of payment.
What Is Affirm?
An alternative to traditional credit cards Affirm allows you to pay for Boutique (in-stock) items on Moda Operandi through flexible financing over a period of time. The short application process requires providing some personal information either through the pre-qualify link or at checkout. In most instances, you’ll receive an immediate decision on your eligibility to purchase the items of your dreams with payments over 3, 6, or 12 months.
What is your exchange policy?
Moda Operandi does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you are interested in securing an alternative size, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item. For assistance with this, please contact Client Services, or call them.
