How will I know if you received my order?
Once you submit the order, you will receive a Confirmation Email from them.
How can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order, after the shipment is done, with the help of the tracking number that will be sent to you via email. Use the tracking number on their Track Your Order page to know the status of your package.
What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the shipping date. They offer free return shipping on all orders. To request a return shipping label and generate an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number for your purchase, fill the Online Return Form. You can also call their customer service department on 1-844-527-4367 and initiate the returns process. Following this, a fully insured return label will be sent to you by e-mail.
What is your refund policy?
If you return a partial order, they will refund you for returned items only. In case you fail to return the free gift, the amount mentioned on their website for the same product will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded to your account.
