Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of ONEWORLD. Standard and stocked orders may attract a 20% cancellation restocking fee.
ONEWORLD will retain the deposit of any Bespoke order cancellations.
If orders have already been shipped cancellation may still be possible however freight charges will not be refunded.
Will I be notified prior to the delivery of my order?
Yes, they will notify you prior to shipping your order. A tracking number will be supplied for online orders. Contact your local showroom for local delivery information.
Can I change my mind after I have received my order
At ONEWORLD it is important to them you love your purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and the item is in *original condition, they will exchange or provide a store credit.
Transportation costs associated with change of mind will be at the expense of the customer. Items outside of 14 days will be at the discretion of ONEWORLD. Please contact their support or store team to discuss options outside of these conditions.
