Do LivingStyles offer warranty on their products?
Products are typically guaranteed by suppliers with a warranty of at least 12 months, otherwise, LivingStyles provides its own guarantee. Please keep receipt of your purchase for warranty claims.
How much is shipping and how it calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and destination of your parcel. postage calculator can be found showing on each product detail page (see demonstration below).
Pick up may available for selected items. It is usually From the Lidcombe warehouse, 10/4a Bachell Avenue, Lidcombe, NSW 2141. In other locations that the items are available for pick up, LivingStyles will clearly show the pickup address from the product detail page. It most cases, Pick up is free of charge.
Free Shipping is free-of-charge shipping and handling for an individual product within Australia (see Shipment Coverage for any shipment restrictions).
Fixed Shipping is a set/flat dollar amount for shipping and handling charges for an individual product within Australia (see Shipment Coverage for any shipment restrictions).
How can I track my delivery?
LivingStyles will send you an email notification when your package has shipped that will include tracking information. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in the Orders section of My Account. Once on the Orders page in My Account, click on the order number and you will see tracking information for each item in your order that is marked as ‘Shipped.’ If you do not know your order number, you can locate it by looking at your order confirmation email.
