When you sign-up for a free trial of Password Boss you’ll have access to all Premium features for 14 days so you can test it out and see how it will work for you. At any point during the trial, you can purchase a subscription. Remember to select a plan before your trial expires.

If you changed your Master Password within the last 14 days they may be able to restore your account so that you can use your previous Master Password. Follow the steps to restore your password:

• Go to the Password Boss portal - https://portal.passwordboss.com.

• Click Forgot your password.

• Click Restore your account.

• Enter your email address to your account. A verification code will be sent to your email address to confirm your identity.

• Enter the verification code on the portal and click Restore Account.

• Your account has now been restored to your previous Master Password. You can now log in to the Password Boss app using your previous Master Password.

• Your previous Master Password is now your current Master Password.

At the end of a trial, your data remains intact on your device and your account is changed to the Free plan. You can choose to purchase a plan that includes features like device sync and online backups.

• Open the Password Boss app.

• From the Help menu choose Enter license key.

• The License Key screen will appear. Enter your license key in the box and click Next and your license will be activated.

• When your license is activated it may take a few minutes before you see the license on your computer - this is normal. To speed the process you can open the Tools menu and choose Backup Now.
