If your Proof Eyewear product is damaged please refer to the warranty claim.
If you are not satisfied with your selection from your on-line purchase you may exchange the goods as long as they were purchased through Proof Eyewear, is within 30 days of purchase, and is still in the condition it was received.
- * The product must be returned unused in its original packaging.* Customers returning a product, not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
Please note: You could be subject to paying any price difference if the product you are exchanging for has a higher cost of $10 or more. In such cases, an electronic invoice link will be sent over to the email provided in the exchange form and the exchange will not be processed until payment for said invoice is submitted.
