St Frock‘s full Returns Policy can be found in Clause 15 of their Terms and Conditions. Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase for an Account Credit only. Account Credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used on their entire product range excluding Gift Cards.

The following exclusions apply:

• For hygiene reasons, St Frock are unable to accept returns for jewellery and headwear, including earrings, necklaces, hats and scrunchies, unless faulty;
• Products in their Final Clearance category cannot be returned unless faulty;

• Free returns are available for Australian customers only.   

In order to qualify for a return you must:

• ensure the request is made within 60 days of purchase date; and
