Once your order is shipped, you will receive a “Dispatched” email with the assigned courier name, tracking number, and tracking link. According to their Returns & Exchanges, only fashion items, excluding swimwear, innerwear, legwear, shapewear, and underwear, are eligible for exchange for size or colour options, and return requests must be made to the Vana Return System within 14 days after the order is delivered. After they receive your returned package, they will require up to 20 business days to process and handle the return, then dispatch your newly required size or colour of your item. If they cannot meet your request, i.e., a specific size or colour is out of stock, the item value will be refunded in the form of store credit.

If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, they gladly accept authorised returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition (as per their terms and conditions below). You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return of your ordered item. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of the return authorization date.
