How do I schedule a shipment?

You can schedule a shipment by taking the style quiz and selecting if you'd like to receive a one-off order or every 1, 2, or 3 months.

How do I know when my next delivery will arrive?

Please contact them for information on your expected delivery date. They’ll send you an email with the tracking information when your order ships.

If I've organised a parcel for a particular date, does it arrive that day?

There are many factors in styling and shipping your order, so they can’t guarantee your shipment will arrive on a specific day. However, they always try to deliver an order within a few days (either before or after) your scheduled date. Don’t worry, your three-day return window doesn’t start until it’s physically delivered to you. If you need your parcel urgently please contact them or mention it to your stylist and they will do their best to accommodate.

How often will I receive a parcel?

Threadicated is not a subscription service, choose to receive a parcel as a one-off, or save time and set up scheduled parcels to be delivered every one, two, or three months.

Can I change my parcel frequency?

If you’re signed up for scheduled deliveries, please contact them to change the frequency of your parcel, you’ll have the option of a one-off, or every one, two or three months.

Can I stop receiving my automatic deliveries?

They’re here to work with your schedule. Please contact them to stop receiving automatic deliveries. Then simply visit them again when you’re ready to receive a parcel on request.

Can I track my returns?

With Australia Post, you can track your return by searching the RQA number located on your returns label (on top of the barcode), on the Australia Post tracking website. Please note: If you placed your order in a Post Box, they won’t be able to track this until it is scanned in at a Parcel Facility or by them once it is received at their warehouse.

How much are returns?

Returns, standard shipping and exchanges are all free.

How do I return items?

You can return items within 5 days of receiving your parcel by logging into your account, sharing feedback on what you'd like to return, placing the item(s) in the provided mailing envelope, attaching the prepaid label, and dropping it off at Australia Post. The item(s) must be dropped off at Australia Post within 5 business days of receipt, unworn, unaltered, and with tags attached. Please keep your lodgment number until returns are confirmed as received by Threadicated.

How long is the return window?

They have a five-day return window. Within five days of your order arriving to you, simply log into your account to share feedback and if you have any returns pop them in the post within five days.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used to place the order.

I've sent back my return, what happens now?

Returns can take up to 5 business days to be received by Threadicated's warehouse and an additional 1-3 days for the return to be processed and refunded.
