Australian orders go out with Australia Post, and you can choose standard or express. Express is for in-stock pieces: orders are sent within two business days and need a signature on delivery. Standard shipping is free once you pass a minimum spend, and express becomes free on bigger orders. Overseas orders travel by standard post through Sendle, and you can ask the team about DHL express before you order.
At checkout you can pay by card or use the express buttons for Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Afterpay is also on offer if you'd rather split the cost into instalments.
ToniMay doesn't give refunds for a change of mind. Instead you can exchange a piece or take store credit within 14 days. Pierced earrings, sale and Archive or Vault Sale items, and orders placed with a promo code are final. Core sterling silver and gold plated pieces come with a 6 month manufacturing warranty, while solid gold, finery and custom pieces are covered for 12 months.
For an engagement ring or a one-off piece, ToniMay runs a bespoke service. You start by booking a design consultation, talk through stones and settings with the design team, and the finished piece is made in solid gold by its goldsmiths. If you'd like to see the collections in person first, the boutiques are on Oxford Street in Paddington and Gould Street in Bondi Beach, and both open seven days.
