New Zealand orders are a flat $25 and the rest of the world is a flat $40, sent with DHL Express or FedEx.
Full price pieces can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of your parcel arriving, as long as they're unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging. A $10 fee covers domestic return postage. Earrings, hair accessories and headwear can't be returned unless faulty, so it's worth checking the size guide before you order.
