Can I get Express Shipping in Perth?
Unfortunately for Bright Star Kids Perth & WA customers with postcodes outside 6000-6005 & 6800-6899, there will be a longer than normal delivery time, even if you choose Express Shipping, which is an issue to do with Australia Post’s delivery network.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with Bright Star Kids customer service team as soon as possible. Bright Star Kids will do their very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, if your order has already been forwarded it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to Bright Star Kids, they will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.
