How do I check my order status?
Once Crazy Sales have dispatched your order, tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address, or you may find the tracking information from your account.

Depending on your location and the type of goods you have purchased, CrazySales.com.au will dispatch your goods with 1 of 3 transport providers.
1.eParcel/Australian Air Express (for items that weight 22kg or less)

eParcel is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system. The delivery status of a package can be checked via the Internet at www.eparcel.com.au
What is Australian Air Express?
Australian Air express specialises in Australia wide small parcel deliveries. The delivery status of a package can be checked via the Internet at http://www.qantas.com.au/qfreight/qfe/home/au/en
Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. This will usually happen the evening your parcel is dispatched or early the next day. Your eParcel number is included in your shipping confirmation email.
Crazy Sales returns policy?
Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will include all delivery and related costs for the product. Where a non-warranty claim is granted any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued via payment method (EFT, PayPal, Polipay, AfterPay, etc) or a credit to your account.
