Depending upon what you’re returning, they will let you know how to return the items.
Can I cancel an order I’ve placed but haven’t received?
Yes, the cancel feature allows you to cancel an order within 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed. Simply go to your ACCOUNT and access your ORDER HISTORY. You’ll see your most recent orders at the top. Click on the order number you wish to cancel and you will be taken to the order details page, where you will see the Cancel Order icon. Click on it and confirm that you wish to cancel your order. A confirmation will then appear on the order details page to inform you that your order has been successfully canceled.
Note: Please note that for prompt delivery, they begin making your product an hour after the order has been placed. They are unable to reverse/adjust the order after that.
How long do I have to can cancel or the order?
You have 60 minutes to decide whether to cancel an order.
What happens if I used a credit or promo code for my order and I need to cancel or change the order?
Any credit, coupon, or promotion code used for a canceled order can be reused.
