They deliver blooms & gifts between 9.30 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Sunday.

They count themselves incredibly lucky to be able to deliver to so many doorsteps across Melbourne each day. However, this high volume of orders means they are unable to take specific time requests or guarantee an exact delivery time.

If your bouquet must be delivered by a certain time they are happy to help organise a priority courier - it may cost a little extra. Please email hello@dailyblooms.com.au with your order number for a quote.

Yes, absolutely. Once your order has left their warehouse you will receive a tracking link via email. This may not be until the scheduled delivery day so don't worry if you haven't heard from us until then.

If you change your mind about your flower purchase prior to the order being dispatched from their warehouse they are more than happy to refund your entire purchase. Orders are dispatched from 8 am on the selected day of delivery. Please let them know as early as possible that you would like to cancel the order so that they can accommodate your refund request. They cannot refund orders for a change of mind once the flowers are on board with a courier driver.
