They offer an apprenticeship program, jobs for Life, that provides vocational training and financial support to the citizens of Bali. Each participant is given the opportunity to join the workshop, where they provide locally sourced family-style meals to several-hundred workers a gathering ritual that both fosters a sense of community and attracts the visitor.
