If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is still in production. All you need to track your order is your order ID and your email. Please make sure to enter the exact email address that was used to place your order. You can find your order ID at the top of your order and shipping confirmation email.

The production of your item will begin immediately after they have processed your order.

Since at Lime&Lou, each item is uniquely made for their customers and they start production straight away, please let them know up to 1 hour after placing your order that you want to cancel it. After 1 hour, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel your order, please contact the Lime Team here.

All wall art prints, gallery walls, custom art, pillows, and blankets take up to 6 business days to produce from the day you place your order. All wall decals and murals take up to 3 business days to customize and create.

If you think your item is damaged, please contact them immediately and send them:

All Lime & Lou items have a warranty of 6 months. Please file the claim within that timeframe to be eligible for a reorder or refund.

Once a Lime Team member has received and approved your claim, you will be eligible for a free reorder or a full refund. Cases of defects:

Print issues like ink spits or scratches Product issues like a warped or bowed print, or media flaws that exceed 1/8” in size. Shipping issues like damaged or lost in transit.
