Delivery costs depend on where you live, what you order and how big the order is, and the fee is shown at checkout before you pay. During the Stocktake Sale, local delivery is free on mattresses $999 and over. Many products can also be collected from your chosen store, although some online exclusives are delivered only. OMF doesn't deliver overseas or to PO Boxes.
If a new mattress doesn't feel right, the 30 night comfort exchange lets you swap it for a different comfort level or model. You need to buy a waterproof mattress protector in the same transaction, and sleep on the mattress for at least 14 nights before asking for an exchange.
