Koala offers a 120-night trial period. If you’re not sold by night 120, you can return your product, even if you’ve used it. You will get a full refund. The return shipping is covered in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, and if you’re returning a mattress, bed base, or sofa they’ll pick your return up for free. Outside of these areas return shipping isn’t covered. They’ll get you to ship the product back to their nearest returns depot (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth).

How does the 120-night trial work?

The 120-night trial is included for free when you buy any koala product. Simply buy it, try it for up to 120 nights. They ask you to try the product for a minimum of 14 days, this is to give your body adequate time to adjust. If still don’t like it, ship it back for a full refund. In most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide we’ll even pick it up for free.

How do I return something?

For returns within the 120-night trial and products under warranty, let their customer service team know via support@koala.com and provide: *Your full name *Order number *Product They will get back to you as soon as they can. This is usually the same business day. For large furniture items (mattress, bed base, sofa) in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, they’ll organize a suitable time frame for them to pick it up from you. This is a free pick up. Outside of these cities, they’ll ask you to ship the product back to your nearest returns depot. For pillows and sheets, they’ll give you a reply paid address for you to mail back your product to them.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in their warehouse. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.

How do I pay for my order?

They accept Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Diners Club, PayPal, Afterpay, Zipmoney, and Openpay. They operate online, so unfortunately they cannot accept cash. For security reasons, they don’t accept payment over the phone.

When will I receive my delivery?

If you’re in one of their same-day delivery areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth) you can select a delivery time that’s convenient for you. Order before 2 pm on any weekday and they can deliver your order within 4 hours. Weekday evening and Saturday morning deliveries are also available! Outside of their same-day delivery areas delivery is still completely free. You will receive your delivery in 1-5 business days and they’ll send a text message on the day it is due to arrive so you know it’s coming.

Do you offer interest-free finance?

Yes, they do! Their three buy-now-pay-later providers all offer 0% interest for Koala customers when repayments are made on time. Simply select Zipmoney, Afterpay, or Openpay during checkout to apply, you will receive an answer within seconds and can purchase straight away. Customers seeking to purchase using Zipmoney, and Openpay are subject to credit approval.
