They think important relationships shouldn’t be rushed, so they give you up to 100 nights to make sure you love your mattress. If you’re not completely satisfied, let them know within 100 nights and they'll arrange to collect it free of charge and refund your money. They recommend trying the mattress for at least 14 days because they know that changing mattresses, even from a bad one, takes body time to get used to, like all new relationships. However if you’re certain the mattress isn’t for you, that’s good enough for them.
Just like at the buffet, where it’s best to try before filling your plate, they want you to be sure you love your mattress before you order big. So they limit returns under the 100-night trial to one item, per order, per household. They recommend, if purchasing more than one of an item, that you purchase one to begin with and if you are happy, then place a further order for more.
Your mattress comes with a 4,380-day (that’s 12 years) warranty against faulty workmanship or materials. The Pillow comes with a 3-year warranty against faulty workmanship or materials.
