Everyday Mobile Returns, Refunds and Replacement Policy:

Faulty/Unsatisfactory Products with Proof of Purchase

• If the product you buy from Everyday Mobile is faulty or if you are not satisfied with it, they will cheerfully refund the purchase price, exchange or repair the product.
• For some high-value items, Everyday Mobile reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. For products that cannot be assessed in-store, they will arrange for the product to be sent to the manufacturer (or relevant repair agent) for assessment.
• To make a claim under the Everyday Mobile Returns Policy, you must return the item at the service desk of any Woolworths Supermarket. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to the service desk will be borne by you.

Faulty/Unsatisfactory without Proof of Purchase

• Products with a purchase price of less than $30 will be either exchanged, refunded in cash or reimbursed in the original payment method.
• If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return a faulty or defective product with a purchase price of $30 or more, Everyday Mobile will, at our option, provide you with a Returns Card issued by Woolworths Group Limited to the value of the purchase price, which you can use in any participating store within 6 months from the date of issue.
• Where applicable, products may be returned to the manufacturer for repair or exchange, or we may reimburse you the purchase price in the original payment method.
• You will be required to provide identification showing your name, address and signature in the above instances and these details will be recorded for loss prevention purposes.
• If a refund is given in the form of a Returns Card issued by Woolworths Group Limited the card will have an expiry date of 6 months from the date of issue.

If you change your mind ...

• In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, Everyday Mobile will cheerfully refund the purchase price where you have simply changed your mind and you return the product to them unopened, in its original packaging and with clear proof of purchase.

For major failures with service, you are entitled to:

• cancel your service contract with Everyday Mobile.
• a refund for the unused portion, or a compensation for its reduced value.
• choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
• be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure.

NOTE: Phone plans and SIM-only plans cost the same. However, Phone plans = the cost of the SIM-only plans plus the additional cost of your chosen handset.
