You can cancel your order before the product has shipped. To cancel your order, call their customer care at +91 9591321696. If the order has been shipped, they will not be able to cancel it. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.
If you are looking for an exchange online, please request the return of the product you have already received and place a fresh order on their website directly. Since their products are fast-moving, they recommend placing an immediate order as they do not want you to miss out on your favorite jewellery designs. If your order was a prepaid order, a full refund for the returned products will be initiated.
Alternatively, products purchased online can be exchanged at their Retail Kushal's Store within 15 days of delivery.
