How do I know you received my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with all the delivery details you need.
Where’s my order?
Check the Dispatch Date & Postal Method on your confirmation email then reference with given delivery times to see when your order is due to arrive. If your order has not arrived in the given time-frames please call or email the customer service team.
Who sent me the Card/Gift?
Usually, customers will add their names to their orders however if this has been omitted then please do contact Moonpig. They take Data Protection very seriously so will be unable to divulge customer account information without their direct permission, however, they can contact them and ask them to make themselves known to you. If you feel the content of the card is offensive then please report it to the Police who will contact Moonpig directly to resolve this for you.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Card ONLY orders can be amended or cancelled via your order history if the order is still in ‘Order Received status. If your order is in ‘Printing’ status please contact customer service to inquire if an amendment can be made. If your order consists of a Bouquet, Plant and/or Gift (even if you want to amend the card attached) please contact customer service. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any changes to the order yourself.
What payment methods do you accept?
Moonpig accepts all major debit and credit cards including PayPal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated in the checkout process. The delivery charge is based on the subtotal of your basket before discounts.
What if I received faulty/damaged items?
Although this is very rare, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please contact Moonpig with an image of the faulty product, and a member of their dedicated customer service team will advise on the best solution, including refund, replacement or repair options.
What are your cut off times?
For same day dispatch, place your order by: Cards - 7:30pm, Giant cards - 9pm, Flowers - 9pm, Gifts - 9pm, Alcohol - 9pm. Please note cut off times subject to change.
When will I receive my refund?
Once processed by an agent, our payment provider submits refunds to your bank immediately. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
