On occasion due to circumstances outside of The Wine Collective's control deliveries can take a long period of time. If your parcel has not happened in the expected time period please contact The Wine Collective contact centre on 1300 272 252 or email help@thewinecollective.com.au and they will track your item. Make sure to allow up to 14 business days for your delivery to arrive.
