Unfortunately, The Wine Collective are unable to offer this service. They hope to introduce a premium delivery service in the future where, for a small additional fee, you will be able to determine the date and time of your delivery.
My order hasn't arrived!
On occasion due to circumstances outside of The Wine Collective's control deliveries can take a long period of time. If your parcel has not happened in the expected time period please contact The Wine Collective contact centre on 1300 272 252 or email help@thewinecollective.com.au and they will track your item. Make sure to allow up to 14 business days for your delivery to arrive.
Make sure to check with your Parcel Locker provider's Terms & Conditions, as alcohol may not be accepted. Returned orders will incur a re-delivery fee and cause delays in your delivery time.
The Wine Collective’s fulfilment systems are fully automated so that they can offer you the best possible price. This means that the moment your order has been set, the wheels start turning and they cannot cancel your order or change any of your order details.
