(Except for small appliances and some small audio-visual products, which are delivered by Australia Post - still free, but not next day.) If your item has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, they are able to return the item for store credit if notified within 14 days from the delivery date. If your item has been unboxed, and not used /connected, or installed they can provide store credit minus a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value of the item if notified within 14 days from the delivery date. This will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
