Costumes.com.au accepts VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Afterpay, Laybuy, and PayPal.
What is the shipping policy for someone over 5kg?
Bulky props and decorations, and orders weighing more than 5kg are charged by weight and postcode. You can still choose between Standard and Express delivery, however, there is no free shipping option for orders over 5kg.
How to find your estimated delivery date?
To find your estimated delivery date add your required items to the shopping cart, and enter your address at checkout. Your Estimated Delivery Date will appear once you select your preferred shipping method. The earliest date you can expect your delivery is that shown if Express Shipping is selected at checkout. They are unable to speed up your delivery.
Once your item has dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If you have not received this email 2 business days before your expected delivery date shown at checkout, please check your spam filter or contact them for further information.
When will I get my order?
Most items are held in stock at their dedicated Melbourne warehouse. Costumes.com.au also import some of their range from a variety of leading suppliers and brands from the USA and Australia.
What is the liability policy?
Costumes.com.au is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. They reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, they will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
What is order cancellations policy?
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Costumes.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Costumes.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should they be able to request the return of the package from their delivery service.
What is the warranty period policy?
The standard warranty period is 30 days for a faulty product.
Costumes.com.au will happily provide a replacement item or a refund if the item you have received is faulty and you notify them within the above timeframe.
Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, they can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival.
How to request a return?

*Click on ‘Product Returns’ in your customer menu.
*Click on ‘Request a new product return’ and follow the prompts.
*Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours Monday to Friday, and a customer service representative will be in touch.
*Please note, shipping fees are not refundable.
If any item is not returned in original condition, or with any part of the packaging missing no exchange or refund will be possible. This includes items that have had shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging, or items squashed into inappropriately sized packaging.
Please note you will be charged $14.95 for parcels marked “Return to Sender” or “RTS” and returned at Costumes.com.au cost without their authority.
