Their shipping times vary and are based on the Processing time of the product in addition to the Delivery time.
Due to logistical factors, they cannot promise a choice in a delivery company. However, they encourage you to share your concerns with them so they can offer the best service possible and provide you with a solution.
If you decide to cancel the order or want to recall an item, please be aware that the process can take 2 to 3 weeks, and they kindly ask for your patience. Please also note that a recall may no longer be possible if the item is already shipping, and they may need to wait for the item to be sent back to them. In this case, you can reject the package upon delivery.
Please note that they generally do not refund shipping charges, as they are charged for the additional shipping fee.
If you are notified that the item was delivered but haven't received it, and there is no tracking update for 72 hours, please check if it was delivered to your neighbours. If you are still missing the package, please contact them so that they can start an investigation with the courier.
