How do I cancel an order before it is shipped?
When it’s within two hours after your order status changes to “item being processed”, you can click “Cancel Order” on your order page directly. The order will be cancelled without the seller’s agreement. You will have one chance to click “Cancel Order” for each order, and three times each month in total.
How do I select a good seller?
If you want to select a good seller, they suggest you check the following information: review scores and service scores. The higher the scores, the better the seller’s service.
*Click on “Positive Feedback” to view the seller review profile. On this page, you will be able to check reviews left by other buyers about the seller.
* The reviews, along with review and service scores, will help you determine if you would like to purchase from the seller.
How do I get the shipping cost for the returned item(s) from the seller?
After you reached an agreement with the seller or their Resolution Team decided that the seller should pay the shipping cost, they suggest you pay for the shipping cost first, and send the photo of the package tracking number with the shipping cost to your dispute agent (please remember to tell them your order number too) or leave a message to seller, then they can see the evidence. When your dispute has finished, they will release the money to your DHpay account from the seller’s account.
When and where can I get/receive my refund?
When your order status becomes “Refunded’, the system will process your refund request within 1-2 business days, and then the refund will be returned to your account.
