When will you dispatch an order?
hideAWAY aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days but they may need up to 10 business days in times of high volume orders or during sale periods. You will first receive an Order Confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch.
Can I change my shipping address?
hideAWAY would be more than happy to update your address as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped they can attempt to redirect your parcel with Australia Post but they can not guarantee it will be possible. Please reach out to them at firstname.lastname@example.org with your correct address so they can further assist.
My order arrived damaged/faulty. Can I please get a refund or replacement sent out?

Sometimes orders might be sent in split shipments depending on stock restrictions. Can I add or change a product/fragrance in my order?
Unfortunately, they are unable to make changes to an Order once they have been placed. They can only attempt to cancel and refund them so you can place a new order with the correct items. Please let them know at email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order ASAP as they only have a small window to do so before it passes through their Dispatch System.
Can I return my product for a different fragrance or product as I don’t like it?
hideAWAY do apologise for any inconvenience caused but unfortunately due to the nature of their products they are unable to accept them back due to a change of mind. They hope you understand and can put these items to use.
