Ordered my Quays which were shipped a couple days later. By which time I realised auto-fill had changed my address details to an old address. I contacted customer service to have them redirected but it was too late. However, the delivery agent Hermes couldn’t access the building and so my parcel was sent back to sender. As soon as I recieved notification that they were being returned, I contacted Quay customer service again. With immediate response they shipped a replenishment order, which I recieved less than one week later. The customer service I recieved was fantastic & the agents super helpful.
