Since they process orders immediately, you can cancel or modify an order within 2 hours from the time it was purchased. Should you request after the timeline, they will do their best to get a hold and process the changes, but there will be no guarantee.

For cancellation, an automatic refund will be processed once successful. You can expect the refund to reflect on your account within 7 – 10 business days.

For modification, they can do the following changes:

• Edit shipping details

If you have purchased or received a product directly from their website and would like to return it, you can return the product and enjoy it from a store credit, or get a refund. A refund can be issued within 90 days of the delivery of the product.

They happily accept unused merchandise in sellable condition and the original packaging for a refund within 90 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition.

Depending on the reason for the return, a full refund (less return label fee, if applicable), will be processed once the bottle is received in their warehouse. They currently accept returns in the U.S. only.

They highly recommend using a shipping method with an insurance/tracking number on the return package for proof of return.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your request will be processed right away and a store credit/refund will be given to you for the cost of your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment). Once processed, it may appear in your bank account within 7 – 10 business days depending on your bank.
