Zamel's's standard shipping charge is a flat fee of $9.90 for all orders within Australia.

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your location and method of delivery (express or standard). Special Orders are excluded from these delivery times, please see individual products for Special Order time frames.

At times they may pack and ship your parcel from multiple warehouses. If you have purchased more than one product, you may receive your purchases in two separate packages.

Whilst they endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of order, particularly during sales or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable, they will attempt to locate it at another store and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. They will notify you if they are unable to fulfil your order.

They work hard to protect their customer’s personal and financial information from being used fraudulently. They undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 – 2 business days before they are actioned.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address for collection at a nearby post office or alternate pick-up arrangements.

Original Tax Receipt Order or confirmation Number.

If your online order is eligible for an exchange, they will refund any returned merchandise back to your original tender type. A new order will be created for the exchange request and will be charged to the original tender type. You will be notified of your new order number via email.

Once they receive your return, their quality assurance team will assess your item(s) to certify that it is in its original condition and is not an Excluded Item before your nominated refund, exchange or credit is processed. This process including delivery times will take up to 30 days from date of delivery.

Once assessed as eligible, your nominated refund, exchange or credit will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is being processed. Note that refunds must be made in the same way that the item(s) were initially purchased.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the problem is not major, they will choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired or replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange where goods are wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you.
