Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Due to increased delivery risks, they automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders greater than $200. If you wish to remove this added security measure please email
[email protected] or 1 (855) 717-3963 within 24 hours of placing your order and they will try their best to accommodate the request.
How do I change or cancel an order?
To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service at 1-855-717-3963 or email them at
[email protected] They will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is operated to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Since these orders are most likely to ship out the same day as an order is placed, they cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. You will need to wait for the order to arrive at you, and initiate a return through their standard procedures.
How should I ship my return/exchange?
Fill out the return form. You can then request a return shipping label by emailing [email protected] or you can use your own.

Pack and seal your box securely, and in the original package, if possible. Please include the return form in your box, with the reason for your return. Please drop off your package to the closest USPS office near you. They’ll process the return/exchange when the package reaches their location.
Affliction Clothing is not responsible for return merchandise lost during shipping. Packages must be returned prepaid.
What is the exchange policy?
Affliction accept exchanges for another size or another item of equal or less value if you’re disappointed in the product for whatever reason. Products of equal or less value will be shipped out to you, and a refund of the remaining amount will be provided to the original form of payment. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, they recommend you request store credit and to place a new order on the item using your store credit code. If you proceed with an exchange, note that they will waive the $5 shipping & restocking fee, complimentary on them.
What is the return policy?
You may return most new items within 30 days of your original purchase.
