Susan Stewart Shopped at browns plains on Friday 12 March 2021. We were helped by Erin. My friend who is heavily pregnant and has a bit of baby brain was moving into a new place and needed a few things. Erin offered to help us and she knew her stuff about the products. She took the time to understand what my friend needed from a product and was happy to offer an opinion on different brands and give the pro and cons of each based on what they wanted. Erin was with us for a while and she seemed to have a knack for knowing when to step back so we could discuss things and when to offer help again. She was very patient with my friend jumping from one thing to the next and back again and showed a lovely sense of humour. Who knew there were so many different fridges that my friend couldn’t decide on? Erin was great when it came to getting zeros off the quote and the manager Jason was just as helpful to get the quote as good as he could so my friend could afford food for the fridge and didn’t make us stick to naming the baby after him. It’s a girl so lucky. The girls at the cashiers were very busy if one con it would be not enough staff at the cashiers counter. They were helpful, took the time to explain the delivery process and what would happen, and never made us feel rushed even though they were so busy with lots of customers and only two of them. It was a fun couple of hours, met Erin and would highly recommend her to anybody especially those who aren’t completely sure of the different brands and know they will need a lot explained to them without being made to feel they are taking up too much time.
