If the products youβve purchased are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown they do apologise. Theyβre more than happy to process a refund or exchange provided the item is in stock. Just follow the returns process below.

Theyβre sorry things didnβt work out for you, hereβs the good news: You get 45 days to return your items starting from the day of shipment.

β’ All tags must still be attached to the product, including the care instructions/size tag and barcode tag.
β’ Items must be unworn and unwashed (except to try on size).
β’ NO returns or exchanges on headphones, underwear, swimwear, facemasks, hand gel, hats, pillows, & drinkware. This merchandise is a final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.
β’ NO refunds on sale items discounted at 40% off or over β These items can only be returned for an online credit.
