No, Best&Less only ship to Australia.
Can I pay extra to have my order sent express?
Yes, Best&Less charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express shipping orders placed before 3 pm AEST on a business day leave their warehouse the same day. However, Australia Post’s Express network capacity is still experiencing delays and this may impact your express post order.
Unfortunately due to ongoing delays within the Australia Post network they have temporarily paused our express option for non-NSW states - please keep an eye out for updates on this service.
Please note that Express Shipping is not available for orders including schoolwear.

What if faulty or damaged item?
In the rare instance that you feel your online purchase does not meet the quality standards, you expect please return to your local store with the purchase and a copy of your Order Confirmation email (which is your proof of purchase). Their friendly customer service team will assess your return and once approved they will offer a suitable form of redress.

What is the return policy?
At Best&Less they want to make shopping as easy as possible for you and so they offer a 100 day returns policy on all in-store and online purchases. Best&Less will accept a return of any online unwanted purchases within 100 days of the order being delivered once:
* Returned goods are unworn, unused and in original condition
* Proof of purchase is presented
The easiest way to return an online purchase is by returning it to your local store where you can avail of a refund or exchange. Please note that your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase when returning to the store. Alternatively, if you are not near a store you can return the unwanted item by post to the online warehouse although please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Should you wish to return the order by post please return the item in protective packaging, fill out and enclose the Returns Form and send to one of the below addresses (depending on the order type):

Once they receive your return at their online warehouse and we are happy that it meets the above criteria they will issue a refund through the original payment method. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure this purchase arrives at the return address and it may take up to 7 working days for this return to be processed. Refunds can take 2 – 3 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
