You may manage active seats with License Manager. Deactivate devices, so you may install the product on another device. Reset passwords. Retrieve license and password information.
Can I upgrade in the middle of my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade to a different plan at any time with no interruption of service. You only pay the price difference for the remainder of the original term.

How to deactivate my better faster license within outlook?
* Click the Better Faster ribbon and then click Help.
* Click the Change or Deactivate button.
* The current license Activation Code will display.
* Click Deactivate and then click Yes.
* You may now activate this license on another computer.
* Click OK to finish.
* Licenses may be deactivated using License Manager.
* Go to Better Faster Solutions and click License Manager under Support.
* Enter the license code.
* Enter the password you used to activate the product.
* Click View License.
* Subscription licenses require an Admin password.
* Click Submit.
* Computers and Activated Seats are listed.
* Click Yes to deactivate a computer.
* You may now activate this license on another computer.
How to activate my better faster subscription license within outlook?
* The first person to activate this product must be the license manager for your team.
* License Management instructions will be sent to the first person to activate this product.
* Copy the Activation Code from your order confirmation email.
* Click the Better Faster product ribbon and then click Help.
* Click the Activate button.
* Paste the Activation Code from your order confirmation email.
* Click Activate.
* Enter your email address.
* Enter an Activation Code Password and then re-enter your password.
* This password will be shared with each team member that will use this product.
* Make sure your passwords match.
* Click OK.
* Your Better Faster product is now activated.
* Click OK to finish.
* Click Help and then click About to view your license and status.
* Click “Email License to Team” to send activation steps to your team members.
* This will include the required License Activation Code and Password.
*Enter recipient email addresses and click Send.
* Manage your license, password and email with License Manager.
* As the License Manager, you will create an Admin password.
* After the first activation, the license manager will receive an email with instructions.
* Copy the License Activation Code from the License Manager email.
* Click the License Manager link.
* Paste the License Activation Code.
* Enter the same password you used to activate the product.
* Click View License.
* Copy & paste the Confirmation Key from the License Manager email.
* Create an ADMIN password and click Submit.
* Now you may use License Manager to manage active seats.
How to backup your outlook clipboards?
It’s a best practice to backup your Outlook clipboards in case of hardware failure or transferring clipboards to a new computer. Make sure the following directory is being backed up %APPDATA%\Better Faster Solutions. If you are unsure if it’s being backed up, please contact your help desk or technical support.
How to share my clipboards?
* Right-click Windows Start and select Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer.
* Copy/paste %AppData%\Better Faster Solutions\Better Faster Clipboard\MyClipboards\ into the folder address and press Enter.
* Select all the XML files.
* Right-click, click Send to and click Mail recipient.
* Enter recipient(s) email.
* Copy and paste the Receiving & Installing Clipboards instructions below into the message body of the email.
* Click Send.
