How long do I have to return an item?
At Bevilles their promise to you is the beautiful jewellery that makes you feel fabulous. They understand that buying jewellery online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you! For change-of-mind purchases, you have 14 days to obtain an exchange, refund or credit note. Products must be unworn and in a new and resalable condition. Excludes Earrings, Personalised jewellery, Jewellery Boxes and Made to Order (modified, resized or engraved items).
What will happen with my special order?
There may be a delay on when your special order will be ready for collection, as this has not only affected their trade but also has halted any manufacture and deliveries. They understand this isn’t ideal, but they will notify you of the new estimated delivery date once they re-open and can provide this information.
What if my product is faulty?
They take great pride in their goods and packaging so they certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from them. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. Email customerservice@bevilles.com.au to let them know.
