All items must be in new condition. Returned items cannot show evidence of use or wear dirt, or blemishes of any kind. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, warranty cards, original accessories, hardware, and any software provided.

Software that has been opened cannot be returned and is not eligible for exchange. Because Binocular’s ship same-day for orders shipping to the US when they are placed by 1:00 pm ET, there’s a chance your order may have already gone out. They will do their best to intercept your order and make the requested changes.
