How can I return the item?
If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to them. Please follow the steps below:
*Log into their Returns portal by entering your order number and your email address or last name respectively.
*Select the item(s) you wish to return.
*Then select the Reason for the return.
*In the field to the right (Condition) you can specify whether the item(s) to be returned are still in their original packaging or not.
*Afterward, select a Resolution (e.g. refund)
*Please use the text box to let them know your bank details if you paid cash on delivery. Otherwise, they can’t refund your order.
*Click on Select file if you wish to send them a file or pictures for further clarification.
*Simply click on Send request when you are finished.
Afterward, you will get an automatic email with a summary of your request and further instructions on how to proceed.
I have received the faulty item. What do I do?
If you think an item is faulty then it will need to be returned to them for a full inspection to ensure that it is covered by the warranty. If you wish to return a faulty item and live within Germany, log into their Returns portal and ask for a prepaid return label (see above). If you wish to return a faulty item and live outside Germany, contact their customer service via their Returns portal. They will get in touch and, if necessary, send you a prepaid return label.
Upon receipt of your return, it will be checked by their experts. Sometimes, they need to obtain a second opinion by sending the returned item to the manufacturer for inspection. This may take some time. Please understand that they have to wait for the final decision of the manufacturer. In some rare cases, the decision-making process may take up to 2 months. They are perfectly aware that this is a very long time indeed. Understandably, you won’t be amused. Rest assured that they will do their best to speed up things but in some cases, their hands are bound. Please bear with them.

Can I place an order by phone or email?
Unfortunately, they do not accept orders placed by phone, they need something in writing. You could, of course, send them your order by email. However, these orders must be entered manually which takes time and is prone to errors. Therefore, kindly place your order in one of their online stores. This means a tremendous help for them and makes sure that your order will be processed as fast as possible. Moreover, you can choose from a lot more methods of payment, e.g. credit card. Orders placed by email can only be paid by EU standard bank transfer (in advance) or by PayPal.
Do I get my money back?
If you have changed your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return it. They offer a 30 days money-back guarantee. When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please let them know your banking details (IBAN, SWIFT) if you paid cash on delivery. Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and, if possible, in the original box and packaging. Do not remove any tags or labels. For returns within Germany, they will send you a prepaid return label so that you can return your order free of charge. However, they offer this service to their German customers only. If you wish to return something from abroad, the shipping costs must be borne by you.
