How does Return and Processing Refunds Works?
In order for them to receive your returns, please complete the returns note sent with your parcel stating your name and order number. Should you require an exchange, please provide the relevant product name, code, color, and size on the returns slip for us to make sure they can provide your replacement as quickly as possible.
What if some of the items in my order are not available straight away?
They will always wait until they have your full order before sending out, therefore if you have some items on 5 - 10 working days dispatch notice, they will wait until they have received this and sent the full order. This is to reduce the possibility of parts of your order being lost in transit.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order. they suggest you do this as soon as possible as they have a quick turn around times and will sometimes have packed and shipped your order within hours, please notify them by email immediately should you wish to cancel the order.
