As each Radi-Chip is designed for the device’s unique specifications, you’ll need to upgrade your Radi-Chip when you upgrade your phone. If you pass your old phone onto someone in your family you can leave the Radi-Chip on, knowing that their exposure to mobile phone radiation is minimized.

Unlike other products on the market, Radi-Chips are independently tested for their effectiveness and found to have virtually no impact on your signal transmission.

Bluetooth headsets carry a 6-month warranty, Bluetooth iPhone Docks carry 6-month warranty and GIGASET Cordless Phones carry 24 months warranty. In the case of Bluetooth headsets, these do require charging so please check that you have fully charged the unit before contacting them. If they find the product not be faulty it will be returned to you and the postage and handling charge for shipping the item back to you will be reapplied. The warranty does not apply to damage, general wear, and tear batteries, or other consumables.

In the unlikely event you experience any problems with your Cellsafe Case, Radi-Cushion or Radi-Chip then please notify us in writing by e-mail, and Cellsafe will use its discretion as to what action they will take. They ask that you refer to the page on the website about caring for your Cellsafe product as the most common complaints with these items arise from misuse and or general wear and tear.

Please note that Cellsafe does not warrant defects resulting from the misuse, physical damage, neglect, abuse, alteration, or repairs by unauthorized parties, and that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. Radi-Chips, Radi-Cushions, and Cellsafe cases should not be exposed to extreme heat, moisture or cleaning products, and solvents. If you are using your phone without a case fitted over the top then please note that sweat and oils from your hands may cause some discoloration of the Radi-chip, this is purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance of the product.

Please note that the Cellsafe products are designed specifically for the models described on our website. We regret we do not refund or exchange for incorrect purchases or if you have simply changed your mind.

Cellsafe will not accept any unauthorized returns, customers must contact them in writing and will be issued a return authority number which must be clearly written on the packaging when returning any goods to them. Please note that Cellsafe will not accept or be held responsible for any item sent to them without a Return Authority number clearly printed on the envelope/packaging.
