This will depend on your delivery area. Please get in contact with their friendly customer support team.
When will my box get delivered?
Use the Delivery check at the bottom left-hand corner of the page to see when they deliver to your area.
You will get an SMS the night before with your delivery window and another with a live tracking link the day of the delivery. Please note their delivery times can change each week.
Items in my box were damaged/missing, what do I do?
Chef Good are so sorry to hear this. Please ensure you take photos and get in touch with their customer support team through the link below, and they will respond promptly during business hours. Your feedback is important as it helps them improve.
What happens if my billing fails?
If your payment is declined you will be sent a notification email. Chef Good will re-attempt to bill you on Thursday, if your payment still declines, someone from their customer support team will contact you via phone.
